  • What is the Check-in and Check-out time?
    Check- In time is 14:00 Hrs and Checkout time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in is subject to available and additional charges may apply. Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges may apply
  • Who is allowed in the rooms/suites?
    Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
  • Special Requests
    Special requests are subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and extra fees may apply
  • What if we have extra people?
    Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on maximum room occupancy
  • Are pets allowed in the hotel?
    Pets are not allowed in hotel
  • How many people can stay in a room/suite?
    A maximum of 2 adults and 1 child are allowed in a room or a suite. A maximum of 3 adults and 1 child are allowed in the one bedroom suite. For bigger families, find out more about interconnecting rooms from the front desk or guest relations.
  • Do children stay for free?
    Children are welcome, Kids stay free up to 12 years using existing bedding as per room maximum occupancy
  • Is breakfast included in my booking?
    Please select the appropriate package while making a booking. Options with and without breakfast are available.

  • What are the requirements for Check-in?
    Please note that it is mandatory that all guests are physically present. Original (valid) Passport or Emirates ID is mendatory on check-in. Minimum check-in age – 18.
  • Non- Guaranteed bookings
    Non- Guaranteed bookings are subject to release without notice one day prior to arrival.
  • Is my booking successful?
    The website screen will display a confirmation message for your booking. Further, we will send you a booking confirmation email on the registered email address.
  • I have not received the booking confirmation email. Help!
    Please email us at with the following detail: Complete Name (under which the booking was done) Email Address used for the booking Phone/Mobile number used for the booking Check in date/time
  • What are the available payment methods?
    Available methods of payment are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB International, debit cards and cash.
  • What is the policy in case of no-show & late cancellation?
    No-Show & Late Cancellation are subject to one-night room charge on guaranteed credit card.
